Not much to building a power wheel. The only modifications you can do is change

battery to lawnmower battery. You can do cosmitics like put pvc header pipes on.

No lawnmower, atv, motercycles power wheels allowed.

Please keep in mind this is for the kids so, keep it clean.

Ages between 4-9. They must wear helmets.

Paint however you would like.
